Your a strong, healthy, active indvid. though and that makes a lot of difference. I was high risk because of my heart problems, and I read everything I could get my hands on, and your right, it is not always helpful. I was taking crazy drugs for my heart that they didn't really know what would do to the baby and at one point they thought something was wrong with Benjamin and it was awful... but you just deal with it as it comes.  Some books are more positive than others, I felt some really just tried to scare the crap out of you with all the bad possiblities, I could look back and figure out which ones I liked if you want.
